Our new Flight Estimator tool is free and available to anyone to help you estimate the costs of multiple destinations and decide where to take your next company trip.

All you do is enter where your team members are located. We’ll match them to the closest airport and pull real-time flight data with current pricing and routes to give you the total estimated cost of getting your team to a destination. Then you can:

• Compare multiple locations side-by-side in one search

• Filter by flight type to make sure the options are realistic for your team

• See individual details like travel time and layover vs. direct options
